Founded by Ian Paley, Garbstore aim to design high quality garments that seem familiar and traditional yet they are new and creatively crafted. Paley is heavily influenced by French, British, and Japanese designs made in the past after World War II, and his garments presents both vintage and modern with accents of French, British, and Japanese designs. Fun fact: the prefix “garb-” means clothing of a unique kind.
Returning for another season, the Ruffel Trousers are a Garbstore classic based on old school army fatigue trousers. Designed with ease in mind, the trousers fit loosely with a wide leg, and feature classic fatigue front pockets and rear stud closure patch pockets. Sitting just above the ankle, the design includes draw cord hems for optional tapering to the loose fit style. This particular design is detailed with grey suedette patches sewn on the inseam.
